Bringing New York Flavors to Lancaster County
Established in 2022 by owner Kelsi Martin, Wired Cup Cafe brings a slice of New York to Lancaster County with its two inviting locations in Ephrata and Lancaster City. The café offers a nostalgic, big-city ambiance combined with a menu that emphasizes freshness and quality.
A Menu Inspired by the Big Apple
At the heart of Wired Cup Cafe's offerings are their New York-style bagels, baked fresh daily without preservatives. Complementing these are over 40 rotating flavors of house-made cream cheeses, including unique creations like pistachio white chocolate chip and cookie dough. Beyond bagels, the café's menu boasts a variety of breakfast and lunch options.
Notable dishes include the ribeye steak, egg, and cheese bagel, and the Babe Ruth—a breakfast cheesesteak featuring smoked ribeye, scrambled eggs, Cooper Sharp American cheese, peppers, onions, and a garlic aioli drizzle on a sub roll. These hearty meals pair excellently with their Signature Creme Cold Brew, a popular iced coffee topped with cold foam and available in various flavors.
Commitment to Quality and Community
The café's commitment to quality extends to their sourcing practices, utilizing locally roasted coffee from Lancaster County Coffee Roasters and fresh, locally sourced produce. The interior décor reflects a vintage city theme, creating a cozy atmosphere ideal for both relaxation and work, complete with free Wi-Fi.
