Fox Meadows Creamery began on the family dairy farm in Ephrata, where milk is crafted into small-batch ice cream on site. Visitors can watch the process through viewing windows while choosing from 24 flavors such as the Baked Fox, affogatos, and seasonal specialties.

The farmstead café also serves burgers, salads, soups, and handcrafted drinks, giving guests a full menu alongside their ice cream. Large porches and views of the surrounding fields make the Ephrata location a favorite stop for both locals and travelers.

Expanding to Leola

A second creamery was added in Leola, bringing the same farm-to-table ice cream and café menu to the heart of Lancaster County. Both locations include country markets with locally made products such as baked goods, jewelry, and pantry items.
