This is a great little coffee shop. The coffee is great the service was excellent and very informative and knowledgeable about their coffee and coffee in general. The baked good are so good, and complement the coffee so much. The have vegan baked goods as well and are to die for some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is chilled, laid back, subtle, and quaint.its a must for me to stop in whenever I'm in the area, so If your in the area stop in and have a great cup of coffee.

I came to Passenger today for the pop-up they were doing with Elsewhere bread. I love Elsewhere bread, and that is what brought me to the Passenger location on Plum street. There was a long line, but it moved fast. I was also excited to try something new at a drink place I had never been to. I opted for a Chamomile tea. The lady asked if I would like her to steep it (this would take 5 minutes), or just a tea bag. I opted for just a tea bag. I continued to watch for 20 minutes as she, and another gentleman proceeded to make orders after mine. She even asked two girls who ordered after me, “what did you get again?” Then, she finally came to me and asked what I had ordered. It literally took her 5 seconds to put the tea in a bag and fill the cup up with hot water. I get it gets busy, and orders may be forgotten. But, to wait 20 mins for a simple tea, and see 10 to 15 people who ordered after you get their drinks made right after they had ordered is just not right. All she said was “sorry about the wait.” I am not confrontational and didn’t want to say anything, so I just said it was okay. I will definitely be back for a pop-up in the future for Elsewhere bread, but I will NOT come back to Passenger because of this customer service experience.
